has been in private practice since 1981. Boeckman entered
private practice after 10 years in the United States Marine
Corps as a Line Office and a Judge Advocate. Boeckman
is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps
Reserve.
Boeckman is the firm's
primary civil litigator. He has been County Counselor
for Barton County for the past six years.
